Spotlight: His last win was over two years ago but he went very close at Redcar (6f, good to firm) in May and was a creditable third over C&D last time; should get a good tow into this race and he could have a big role to play.

Spotlight: Handles most ground but best form has been on good to soft; got off the mark at Ripon (6f) in May and was a respectable fifth at Hamilton next time but he was disappointing at Ayr last month; bit to prove again after that and he needs to bounce back.

Spotlight: Reappeared with a close second at Southwell (6f, AW) in February but he's not come close to that form in five runs since; has tumbled down the weights but he's now 0-11 since his maiden win and needs a transformation back up in trip; blinkers removed.

Spotlight: Unexposed 3yo but he's not really progressed so far and has been well held over 7f in both handicaps (good to firm/good to soft); still early days but he needs this return to sprinting to make a big difference.
